Your role

As a PLM / Digital Continuity Solution Analyst, you will support the development of Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Digital Continuity solutions for global organizations across a range of industries. Working alongside Solution Architects, Practice Leaders, and Pre-Sales teams, you will contribute to solution development, business analysis, and proposal activities.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to build expertise in PLM, Digital Thread, Digital Continuity, and enterprise transformation while developing consulting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

In this role, you will:

• Support the development of PLM and Digital Continuity solution proposals and presentations.
• Analyse client requirements, engineering processes, and business challenges to help shape future solutions.
• Contribute to process flows, architecture diagrams, solution overviews, and proposal materials.
• Support bid and pre-sales activities, including RFP and RFI responses.
• Research technology trends, digital engineering capabilities, and industry developments.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Sales teams, Bid Managers, and subject matter experts.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and capability development initiatives.

Your profile

You are analytical, curious, and eager to learn. You enjoy understanding engineering processes, exploring new technologies, and transforming complex information into clear and structured recommendations.

You bring

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, Information Systems, Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Initial experience through an internship, placement year, graduate project, or early-career role in engineering, technology, consulting, or digital transformation.
• Exposure to PLM, PDM, CAD, ERP, ALM, or engineering data management environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to create clear presentations and structured recommendations.
• An interest in PLM, Digital Thread, Digital Twin, Systems Engineering, or enterprise solution architecture
