About the Role
As part of the Graduate Program in Commercial Analytics, you will work with complex business data to support commercial decision-making, pricing strategies, and business performance.
You will collaborate closely with stakeholders across Finland, the Nordics, and Group functions, contributing to data-driven insights that directly impact business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse complex commercial and business data to generate actionable insights
- Support decision-making through data-driven recommendations
- Contribute to pricing, commercial management, and business development initiatives
- Work with stakeholders across local and international teams (Finland, Nordics, Group)
- Present analyses, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior management
- Support performance tracking and business optimisation initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Finance, Sales, and Product
About the Program

Who are We Looking For?
- You have graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate within the next 6 months with a Master’s degree in Data Science, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields, and are available to work full-time
- You are fluent in English, and Finnish is strongly preferred
- You bring international experience through studies, work, or collaboration in a global environment
- You have no more than one year of professional experience
- You have the legal right to work in Finland (e.g. residency or visa)
- You demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
- You have a strong commercial mindset, with interest in pricing, business performance, and decision-making
- You are confident in communicating insights and presenting to stakeholders
- You enjoy working in cross-functional and international environments
- Experience with R is a strong asset; knowledge of Power BI and other analytical tools is a plus
