The Compliance and Oversight Function oversees the compliance functions across its global network of over 40 legal entities. It supports the internal governance and manages key interactions with the Generali Group, helping align local practices with best practice standards. The team works to maintain integrity, consistency, and transparency across all operations.
Within the Compliance and Oversight Function , the intern will support Senior Team members in the following activities:
- Monitoring Information Flows: Track and ensure the timely receipt of compliance-related documentation from affiliates (e.g., reports, plans, updates); Maintain and update internal dashboards or trackers to monitor submission status and deadlines
- Reporting and Documentation: Assist in the preparation of internal reports, presentations, and summaries for senior management and Group-level stakeholders; Support the consolidation of data received from affiliates into structured reporting formats
- Project Management Support: Help organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and document action points; Support internal initiatives aimed at improving oversight processes or documentation quality, fostering innovation
- Review of Compliance Plans and Reports: Participate in the initial review of compliance plans and periodic reports submitted by affiliates; Help prepare feedback summaries or recommendations for internal use
Requirements
Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Master's degree
- Fluency in English and Italian, with a minimum C1 level in both languages. Knowledge of other European languages a plus
- Proficiency in Power BI, Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Excel, with strong skills in data analysis and reporting
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies is a plus
- Previous experience in the compliance field is a plus.
