EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as an Event Project Coordinator.

In this role, you will actively contribute to the design, organization, and delivery of events for our partner companies. You will hold a versatile position combining project management, logistics, and partner relations, with real responsibilities from day one.

The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices. You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Event Project Coordinator at EIC, you will play a key role in organizing and successfully delivering the events entrusted to you.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Event design: help define event formats, schedules, and objectives.
Logistics coordination: manage venues, suppliers, equipment, and schedules.
Project management: oversee events from initial planning through to the final review.
Stakeholder management: coordinate internal clients, suppliers, and participating teams.
Project timeline: build and manage preparation schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
Budget tracking: prepare and monitor event budgets and control expenses.
Supplier relations: identify, negotiate with, and follow up with suppliers and partners.
Event communications: contribute to event promotion and participant engagement.
On-site management: ensure events run smoothly on the day and manage unexpected issues.
Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams.
Review and optimization: produce post-event reviews and recommend improvements.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

You are currently studying event management, communications, project management, or a related field.
You have a genuine interest in organizing events and coordinating teams.
You can manage several projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
You are able to manage a project from start to finish.
You are comfortable handling pressure and unexpected issues on event days.
You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
You are comfortable using office and collaborative tools.
You have strong interpersonal skills and work well as part of a team in an international environment.
A good level of English may be required depending on the companies and assignments.
