About the supply chain team

Our supply chain is the backbone of our business. It's how we get our trusted products to people all over the world, safely and efficiently. And it's our talented and passionate teams that make this happen.

If you're looking for a career in supply chain, there's no better place to be than Vestacy. We offer a variety of exciting opportunities in all areas of the supply chain, from planning and procurement to manufacturing and logistics. You could join our Global Supply Planning team to develop and implement our global supply strategy, or work with our Procurement Centre of Excellence team to negotiate and manage our supplier relationships.

Our Manufacturing Excellence team help us improve the efficiency, quality and safety of our manufacturing operations, and our Logistics Excellence team develop new and innovative ways to distribute our products to customers.

About the role

As a Customer Supply Planner intern, you will be at the heart of supply operations and directly contribute to the quality of service delivered to our customers. This role will allow you to discover all the key interactions between our internal teams, our partners, and our customers, while developing real operational expertise in a dynamic environment.

Your responsibilities

  • Managing the Order-to-Cash cycle, ensuring the continuous optimization of order processing and invoicing, while adhering to logistics and commercial policies, to improve cash flow, operational reliability, and service quality.
  • Strategic contribution to Supply Chain cost reduction through rigorous dispute and penalty management, and by actively contributing to the optimization of transportation and warehouse preparation costs.
  • Cross-functional coordination of assortment changes (standard & promotional) in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Supply, and Finance, to ensure accurate forecasting, data quality, and execution of sales plans.
  • Proactive customer relationship management, ensuring clear, reliable, and solution-oriented communication regarding volumes, availability, SKU transitions, and key dates, reinforcing the "business partner" approach.
  • Developing the team's versatility and resilience through the formalization and updating of procedures, skills development, and the collective ability to ensure operational continuity.
  • Driving continuous improvement of processes and tools by identifying optimization levers, deploying automation solutions (reducing manual tasks, streamlining workflows), and contributing to the evolution of internal tools to increase operational efficiency.

The experience we're looking for

  • You are responsive, curious, and eager to learn.
  • You are fluent in French and have a strong command of English, enabling you to thrive in an international environment.
  • You demonstrate strong adaptability and organizational skills, and you are resourceful when facing challenges.
  • You are highly detail-oriented and well-organized, allowing you to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • You are autonomous and proactive in identifying and implementing solutions.
  • You are comfortable using IT tools, particularly advanced Excel.
  • You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • You know how to influence and persuade while maintaining diplomacy and a pedagogical approach.
  • You have a strong analytical mindset and are comfortable working with data. Experience with Power BI, SAP, or similar tools would be a plus.
  • Previous experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Data Analysis would be an advantage.

The advantages of this internship:

  • You will receive a comprehensive training program, including training on Nielsen panels, legal training, media training, etc.
  • You will work in a young and dynamic company, within a truly friendly and collaborative environment.
  • Your interpersonal skills will be constantly called upon — both internally, as you will collaborate with all Vestacy departments, and externally, through regular contact with creative and advertising agencies.
  • As a final-year student, you will be offered potential job opportunities in France or abroad.

Internship Conditions

  • Start date: Beginning of January 2027
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Location: Brussels, Belgium
  • Compensation: You will receive reimbursement for your expenses (rent + transportation + phone subscription + lunch) up to €950 per month.
  • We also reimburse one round-trip ticket to your home country, up to €150.

Recruitment Process:

  • Apply online through our career website.
  • If selected, you will be contacted by our Talent Acquisition team for an initial phone interview.
  • A second interview will be scheduled via Teams with the team.
