Job Description

Within the Group Chief People & Organization Officer function we are looking for a Learning Innovation Intern who will work within the Group Academy team, for the Learning Innovation Center, supporting the development of innovative learning solutions while contributing to the execution and coordination of related activities.

Key responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Support the team in scouting, benchmarking and experimenting with new learning solutions, with a focus on AI and Generative AI tools
  • Assist in the creation, update and maintenance of project materials and digital workspaces (presentations, documents, Loop, Notion, Knowledge Bases)
  • Support the tracking of activities, deliverables and deadlines, ensuring timely follow-ups and contributing to recurrent meeting updates and reporting
  • Provide support in the coordination of internal stakeholders and external vendors, including handling incoming requests and facilitating alignment


Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Digital Transformation, Communication, Marketing, Human Resources or related fields
  • Previous internship or academic experience in Innovation, Digital Transformation, Communication, Marketing or Learning topics is a plus, including exposure to HR or Learning & Development contexts
  • Strong interest in Learning Innovation and digital transformation
  • Familiarity with or strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI tools
  • Ability to leverage AI tools (e.g. GenAI) to enhance productivity and support daily tasks
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft suite tools (Copilot, Loop, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Attention to detail in document creation and content accuracy
  • Curiosity and proactive mindset
  • Structured thinking and attention to detail
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
