As an intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside these experts, learn from their experience and contribute to projects that combine established expertise with innovative ideas.
You will contribute to our talent acquisition, recruitment, human resources and business development activities. Your responsibilities will include supporting the recruitment process by updating job descriptions, monitoring applications and contacting candidates; identifying new business opportunities; exploring outreach strategies; maintaining relationships with existing partners; and conducting market research and competitor benchmarking to identify growth opportunities. You will also assist with HR administration and contribute to the development of strategic partnerships.
This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, human resources, business development and market research while working alongside experienced professionals in a multidisciplinary consulting firm.
Location: Brussels, Belgium (fully on-site)
Languages: English proficiency is essential; French and/or Dutch is a plus.
