Our Manufacturing Excellence team helps us improve the efficiency, quality, and safety of our production operations, while our Logistics Excellence team develops innovative solutions for distributing our products to our customers.
Your responsibilities
As a Supply & Demand Planning Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
1/ Back-Office & Reporting
You will create and distribute operational reports used by the team:
- Service level
- Stock level
- Reliability of monthly sales forecasts
2/ Supply Planning
You will be responsible for independently managing the inventory of certain brands:
- You will ensure product availability while minimizing stock levels
- You will verify that factory production plans are aligned with market demand
- You will coordinate production adjustment requests with European factories
- You will monitor inventory trends by brand: you will publish weekly reports and action plans
- You will manage obsolete and dormant stock levels
- You will monitor stock held up for quality control: you will define an action plan and track its progress
- You will contribute to the continuous improvement of supply and inventory management processes
3/ Demand Planning
You will be responsible for independently forecasting sales for certain brands:
- You will be responsible Regarding the reliability of your brands' sales forecasts
- You participate, with the sales and marketing teams, in developing sales forecasts.
- You analyze discrepancies between forecasts and actual sales and propose corrective actions.
4/ Project Management
- Optimization of existing processes
- Implementation of new processes to support business growth
- Participation in cross-functional projects
The experience we're looking for
- You are proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
- You are fluent in French and have an optimal level of English to navigate an international environment.
- You demonstrate strong adaptability, organizational skills, and resourcefulness.
- You are highly rigorous and organized, enabling you to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- You are autonomous and proactive in finding solutions.
- You are comfortable with IT tools (advanced Excel). You have excellent interpersonal skills. You are persuasive while demonstrating diplomacy and a pedagogical approach.
- You have an analytical mind and are comfortable manipulating data (Power BI, SAP, or equivalent tools would be a plus). Prior experience in Supply Chain, demand planning, or data analysis is a plus.

Internship Conditions
- Start date: Beginning of January 2027
- Duration: 6 months
- Location: Brussels, Belgium
- Compensation: You will receive reimbursement for your expenses (rent + transportation + phone subscription + lunch) up to €950 per month.
- We also reimburse one round-trip ticket to your home country, up to €150.
