As part of the Marketing Department in a context of business growth and transformation at Guerlain, you will play an active role in analysing business performance, calibrating launches, the product catalogue and promotions for the 3 business lines, and will ensure that the strategic ambitions of each line are translated into point of sale/online.

Votre profil
As a student with 4 or 5 years' higher education in business, engineering or equivalent, you will ideally have some initial work experience in marketing project management (in the luxury or beauty sectors would be a plus).
Your organizational skills will enable you to rigorously manage your priorities and different tasks simultaneously, while always remaining proactive and committed.
Enthusiastic and inquisitive by nature, you are known for your ability to work as part of a team, your caring attitude, your humility, your good interpersonal skills and your ability to adapt.
You are known for your appetite for assignments with an analytical dimension, essential to the 360° vision of your projects, and you have a good ability to summarise.
You are fluent in English and have a good command of the Office pack (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
This contract internship is available from July 2026, for a period of 6 months.
Location - Paris 1er.

Les missions
In this role, your tasks are as follows:
- Analysing the performance of our lines and categories, carrying out launch reviews, analysing our competitors' results and market trends
- Make recommendations in terms of offer, quantities, assortments and competitive best practice
- Ensuring the proper implementation of axis strategies across all touchpoints: catalogue optimisation, merchandising expression (in physical points of sale and online), digital experiences, services, sampling strategy, etc.
- Briefing and involving customer experience contributors (training, merchandising, digital, direct retail, etc.) in the strategy for each product category (axes).
