Join the Corporate Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team within the Safety and Industrial System (SIS) Department. You will contribute directly to improving safety and environmental performance across our global operations.

The SIS team leads the global "Constellation" HSE community, establishing standards, guidelines, digital tools, and methodologies while facilitating lessons learned across affiliates.

You will support the deployment of an ambitious 2023-2027 roadmap focused on safety culture, Slips Trips & Falls (STF) reduction, Managerial Field Safety Visits (MFSV), Digital Safety, and PowerBI/Intelex reporting enhancements.

Key Missions:

HSE Analytics & Reporting (PowerBI): Support the HSE Group Manager with data analysis and PowerBI reporting to define and track specific action plans.
STF & Safety Communications: Coordinate local and group action plans, evaluate technical/communication means to engage employees, and benchmark external best practices to reduce slip, trip, and fall incidents.
Digital Tool Rollout: Implement the rollout process for Managerial Field Safety Visits (MFSV) digital tools across Clusters and GBUs.
Innovative Safety Pilots: Assist in deploying digital pilot projects across countries (e.g., AI Cameras, Digital Safe Work Permits).
Team Participation: Participate in regular SIS-HSE team governance and monthly safety reviews.

Education: Master's degree level (Bac+4 / Bac+5) from an engineering, industrial management, or data analytics background.
Experience & Interest: Strong interest in data management and safety.
Languages: French and English : written, reading and spoken to ensure smooth communication with all stakeholders
Skills: Strong analytical skills, synthesis capability, problem-solving mindset, curiosity, and effective stakeholder communication.
