Behind every successful sales team is someone who keeps everything running seamlessly. This is your chance to be the operational backbone of our Cardiometabolic Sales organisation in Australia - coordinating high-impact meetings, enabling field teams and driving smarter ways of working through digital tools and AI.

Your new role

As Business Unit Coordinator - Sales Operations, you will be a key enabler of the Cardiometabolic Sales organisation, providing high-quality operational, administrative and project coordination support to the leadership team and wider business unit. A major focus of the role is managing the end-to-end administration of sales representative-led educational meetings - from pre-meeting set-up through to post-meeting reconciliation.

Day-to-day, your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating the full lifecycle of a high volume of field-led educational meetings and speaker programs, including speaker documentation, approvals, invitations, venue coordination and attendee management

- Providing responsive, proactive operational support to sales representatives and managers before, during and after meetings

- Coordinating leadership meetings, sales business reviews, workshops and team events - managing agendas, logistics, documentation and action tracking

- Supporting contract administration, purchase orders, invoice processing and budget tracking in line with internal compliance requirements

- Applying Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT and other AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows, reporting, communications and content creation

- Identifying opportunities to simplify manual processes, improve templates and strengthen ways of working across the coordination function

Your new department

You will join our Cardiometabolic Sales team, for this office based role (minimum 3days per week) in North Sydney, reporting to the Senior Director of Cardiometabolic Sales. This is a dynamic and fast-paced business unit where operational excellence directly enables our field teams to engage healthcare professionals and expand patient access to innovative treatments. Your coordination and operational support will be fundamental to ensuring the team delivers its best.

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for a highly organised and digitally confident professional who thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments. To succeed in this role, you'll bring:

- Proven experience in business coordination, administration, project coordination or operational support

- Exceptional organisation, planning and prioritisation skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through

- Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, especially Outlook, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint

- Confidence with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT or equivalent platforms to improve efficiency and content creation

- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate confidently across Sales, Marketing, Medical, Compliance and Finance

- Professional written and verbal communication skills

- Healthcare, pharmaceutical or customer-engagement operations experience (preferred)

- An Australian citizen or Permanent resident
