El Transportation Intern es responsable de dar seguimiento y digitalizar los procesos de importación para asegurar la llegada oportuna de materiales, apoyando en la optimización de costos y la actualización de procedimientos del área.
Your Tasks
- Dar seguimiento a recolecciones marítimas, terrestres y aéreas para asegurar la llegada oportuna de materiales
- Setear y actualizar fechas de llegada de pedidos en SAP
- Apoyar en la digitalización y optimización del proceso de recolección de materiales
- Identificar y proponer ahorros en los procesos de transporte
- Actualizar procedimientos del área de customs
- Dar seguimiento y comunicación con proveedores nacionales e internacionales
Your Profile
- Estudiante de Negocios Internacionales, Relaciones Internacionales o Comercio Internacional
- Perfil analítico con capacidad de identificar áreas de mejora y proponer soluciones
- Manejo de Excel, PowerPoint y Office (indispensable); SAP y Power BI básico (deseable)
- Inglés intermedio-avanzado
