Your Tasks

Support demand planning and contribute to building an 18-month rolling forecast for NIVEA Hair Care & Styling
Analyze data and integrate inputs (promotions, media, in-store activities) to improve forecast quality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across NL & BE (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, etc.) to align forecasts
Monitor stock levels and help ensure high customer service performance
Balance key KPIs such as Forecast Accuracy, Forecast Bias, Stock Coverage, and Critical Stock

Your Profile

Master's student in Supply Chain Management (or related field), based in the Netherlands or Belgium
Strong analytical mindset with interest in demand planning and data-driven decision-making
Fluent in English; Dutch and French are a plus
Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as in a team
Good communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
