EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as a Business Analyst Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to strategic analysis and the management of transformation projects for our partner companies.

You will hold a versatile position combining analysis, consulting, and project management, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Business Analyst Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in analyzing and managing strategic projects.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Market analysis: study industries, competitors, and trends to support decision-making.
Information gathering and structuring: collect relevant data and turn it into actionable insights.
Business needs analysis: gather, understand, and formalize the needs of different teams.
Data analysis: use available data to identify trends and support business decisions.
Operational recommendations: propose concrete, realistic, and measurable solutions.
Recommendation development: formulate clear, structured, and well-supported recommendations.
Deliverable preparation: produce presentations and executive summaries for management.
Project follow-up: support the implementation of key workstreams and track their progress.
Modeling: build simple scenario, cost, or performance models.
Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with the sales, finance, and operations teams.
Process optimization: contribute to improving analytical methods and business management tools.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

You are currently studying business, economics, engineering, consulting, or a related field.
You have a genuine interest in strategy, analysis, and solving complex business problems.
You are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and have strong synthesis skills.
You are comfortable with quantitative analysis and formalizing business requirements.
You can structure a business problem and turn information into actionable recommendations.
You are able to clearly present your analyses and conclusions.
You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
You are comfortable using office and collaborative tools.
You have strong interpersonal skills and work well as part of a team in an international environment.
A good level of English may be required depending on the companies and assignments.
