About Astorg
Astorg is a leading pan-European private equity firm with €24bn of assets under management and more than 200 professionals across six international offices.
We are looking for a curious and creative intern to join our communication and marketing team. This newly created role offers broad exposure to content, marketing, analytics and AI in a fast-paced, international environment.
What you will do
Working closely with the team, you will:
- Monitor peers, competitors and digital trends.
- Help create ideas and content for LinkedIn and Astorg’s website.
- Support website updates and content publication.
- Track digital performance and contribute to performance dashboards.
- Help maintain the editorial calendar and content library.
- Explore practical AI ideas to make the team more efficient.
- Support selected digital campaigns and projects.
You will be encouraged to share ideas and gradually take ownership of projects, with guidance from the team.
What you will learn

- Digital marketing, content creation and performance analytics.
- Website and social media management.
- AI tools and new digital workflows.
- Finance, private equity, economics and international business.
- Working with colleagues from different functions and countries.
Who we are looking for
- A student in marketing, communications, digital media, business or a related field.
- Curious, proactive, organized and attentive to detail.
- Interested in content, digital trends and AI.
- Comfortable with both creative ideas and basic data analysis.
- Strong written and spoken French & English
- Previous experience with social media, analytics, website CMS and Adobe Creative (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), but not required.
