EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as an Account Management Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to managing our partner companies, developing existing accounts, and creating new business opportunities. You will hold a versatile position combining client relations, business development, and commercial follow-up, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices. You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As an Account Management Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in managing, retaining, and growing our partner accounts.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Client relationship management: develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with our partner companies and understand their needs.
  • Portfolio management: manage the ongoing follow-up of a portfolio of existing accounts.
  • Client retention: anticipate client needs and build long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Account growth: identify new growth opportunities within existing client accounts.
  • Prospecting and business development: identify new partner companies and develop new opportunities.
  • Needs qualification: analyze company expectations and identify suitable solutions.
  • Sales process management: manage the different stages of the sales process, from needs qualification through follow-up and opportunity conversion.
  • Commercial proposals: prepare proposals tailored to partner needs and contribute to developing customized solutions.
  • Negotiation and closing: participate in commercial discussions through to signature and follow up on commitments.
  • Opportunity analysis: study the market and identify industries, companies, and trends with development potential.
  • Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with recruitment, marketing, and operations teams to ensure high-quality account follow-up.
  • Process optimization: contribute to improving working methods, CRM tools, and account tracking.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • You are currently studying business, management, marketing, business development, or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in client relations, sales, and business development.
  • You can analyze a need, identify an opportunity, and provide structured follow-up.
  • You know how to build lasting, trust-based relationships with your contacts.
  • You are comfortable managing and following several accounts simultaneously.
  • You are customer-focused and enjoy identifying new growth opportunities.
  • You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
  • You are comfortable using office, collaborative, and CRM tools.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and work well as part of a team in an international environment.
  • A good level of English may be required depending on the companies and assignments.
