You will be part of a team of 8 people, and you will be under the responsibility of the Investor Relations, Capital Formation & Corporate Development Partner.

Responsibilities will include:
- Project management for new fund-raising activities: preparation/update of dataroom, responses to investor questionnaires, quantitative market analysis,
- Support to sales team on the preparation of marketing materials (pitches) for the different funds managed by Seven2,
- Preparation of supporting documents for Annual General Meeting & Board of advisors,
- Update Investor Relations databases, including investor/prospect lists, and improve tracking of LP/prospect contacts with LPs and prospects,
- Support to sales team on the update of Investor information and activity in the CRM,
- Market watch (e.g. benchmarking performance of competing funds),
- Help organize conferences
- Education: Master student in corporate finance or business school specializing in finance
- Prior 6+ months experience in Private Equity, Transaction Services or Strategy Consulting
- Master financial modeling in Excel and creation of Powerpoint slides and Word memos
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and in English
- Professionalism, rigor, proactiveness, curiosity and strong motivation for Private Equity
