What is EXO?

EXO is the only app that motivates and rewards gym-goers for the workouts they do every day: gifts from brands like Nike, Apple and Garmin, delivered straight to their door.

In less than two years: 300,000 users, nearly 1,000 partner venues, a presence across 5 countries, and a young, driven and ambitious team.

We're already live in the Netherlands with our first partner gyms, now it's time to accelerate. We're looking for the Business Developer who will scale our presence and sign our future partners across the country.

The role

Based at our Paris headquarters, you'll be our spearhead on the Dutch market. An entrepreneurial, high-impact role: you accelerate our growth, build the pipeline and close deals — from Paris and during occasional trips to the Netherlands. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you'll have real autonomy to scale EXO across the Netherlands.

Your missions

  • Identify, prospect and sign gyms and partner venues across the Netherlands (outbound prospecting, field work, events).
  • Own the full sales cycle: first contact, demo, negotiation, closing.
  • Adapt our sales playbook to the specifics of the Dutch market.
  • Build a solid, reliable pipeline and hit your signing targets.
  • Ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Success team for every new partner.
  • Be the voice of the Dutch market internally: field insights, competition, opportunities.

The profile we're looking for

  • 1 or 2 years of experience in business development or B2B sales, ideally in SaaS, fitness or a scale-up.
  • A true hunter: you love prospecting, convincing and closing.
  • Fluent Dutch (native or equivalent), essential to prospect and negotiate with Dutch partners.
  • Autonomous, structured and results-driven: you know how to move forward solo on a new market.
  • Knowledge of the Dutch sports or fitness ecosystem is a big plus.
