EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as a Talent Acquisition Intern.

In this role, you will actively contribute to identifying, attracting, and supporting talent to meet the company’s recruitment needs. You will hold a versatile position combining sourcing, candidate relations, and recruitment strategy, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.

The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices. You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Talent Acquisition Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and supporting high-potential candidates.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Candidate sourcing: identify and approach profiles matching the needs of our partner companies.
  • Sourcing strategy: build and test different approaches to attract the most relevant profiles.
  • Proactive talent search: use professional networks and sourcing channels to identify new candidates.
  • Talent pool management: build, organize, and maintain a database of qualified talent.
  • Candidate interviews: conduct interviews to better understand candidates’ backgrounds, skills, and professional goals.
  • Candidate experience: ensure high-quality, responsive, and professional communication throughout the process.
  • Needs qualification: engage with partner companies to understand their requirements precisely.
  • Candidate support: advise and prepare candidates for each stage of the recruitment process.
  • Interview coordination: organize exchanges between candidates and partner companies and follow up until a decision is made.
  • Administrative management: prepare and track documents related to recruitment and onboarding.
  • Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure high-quality follow-up.
  • Process optimization: contribute to improving sourcing methods, ATS tools, and application tracking.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • You are currently studying human resources, occupational psychology, management, or a related field.
  • You have a genuine interest in recruitment, sourcing, and supporting people.
  • You are comfortable conducting interviews and working with a wide variety of profiles.
  • You are comfortable using sourcing tools and professional networks such as LinkedIn or equivalent platforms.
  • You are able to quickly identify profiles that match a specific need.
  • You enjoy proactive candidate research and direct outreach.
  • You pay close attention to the quality of the candidate experience.
  • You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
  • You are comfortable using office and collaborative tools.
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
  • You are interested in developing your skills in an international and multicultural environment.
  • A good level of English may be required depending on the position and responsibilities.
