Your Mission

Support global transformation and harmonization initiatives across Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering.

Contribute to strategic projects that drive standardization, digitalization, and operational excellence across Voith Hydro's international organization.

Your Tasks

• Support global cross-functional projects and workshops
• Analyze and structure process, organizational, and performance data
• Drive data transparency through dashboard development and clean ups.
• Prepare management presentations, reports, and decision papers
• Assist in process documentation, governance concepts, and global standards
• Support process harmonization initiatives like Make-or-Buy, OTO Strategies
• Coordinate stakeholder feedback and follow-up actions across functions and regions
• Support workshop planning, moderation preparation, and documentation

Your Profile

• Masterstudent of Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field
• Strong analytical and structured way of working
• Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• First experience with data analysis or process improvement is an advantage
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Hands-on mentality, self-driven, and eager to learn
• Ability to collaborate with international and interdisciplinary teams
