About Avantage Reply Capital Markets
Avantage Reply Capital Markets is a newly established consulting practice within the Reply Group, focused on advising financial institutions on capital markets strategy, regulation, and transformation. We combine deep domain expertise with strong analytical and technology capabilities.
Tasks
- Support consulting engagements in capital markets, risk, ALM, and treasury
- Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses (financial products, balance sheets, regulations)
- Contribute to client deliverables, reports, and presentations
- Assist in regulatory impact assessments (e.g. Basel, FRTB, IRRBB, liquidity)
- Collaborate with senior consultants and managers in multidisciplinary team

Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, or in a Business-related field
- Fluent in Dutch or French as well as English (mandatory)
- Result oriented with ability to set clear goals and objectives and achieve them within defined deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills with attention to detail and ability to provide high quality of work
