Les missions
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Community management (reply comments, DMs, and interactions on our social platforms) + GMB comments
- Support with office logistics: send outs & packages management
- Trade support: Production of materials e.g. Payment card production
- Club pink - scouting talents / manage send outs and relationship building.
- Support with local content creation and giveaways.
- Control of PR stock in the shelf of the office / stock overview basement
- R&R project
- Implementing the R&R project
- Support with Bazarvoice
- Support with ABC Trainings
- Booking flight tickets & hotels
- Finding models
- Decorating and preparing the meeting room
- Support with shipment
- Training kits
- Organizing office orders
- Training gifts: Updating the database after training, send to stores.
- Support with ordering Gratis for BBE's & Retailers
- Find locations for Training/Other events
- Create invite and track sign up
- Ordering decoration etc.
- Film videos for the training Instagram
- Together with Trainer film selling scenarios
- Share tips and tricks on how to upsell / Link and bridge sell
Votre profil
- Bachelor or Master Student
- Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in a Scandinavian language (Danish, Swedish, or Norwegian) is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) and comfortable with a mid-level proficiency in Adobe Pack (mainly Photoshop).
- Autonomous and responsible
- Structured and Organized
- Proactive and flexible
- Excellent in Communication skills
Informations complémentaires
- 6 months Internship, full time - flexible working hours to accommodate school projects/exams.
- Internship agreement required -Internship must be part of educational program for school credits.
- No student job agreement
