JOB DESCRIPTION

You will work as fully integrated team member on planning, executing and delivering

Transaction Services (primarily Financial DD, IBR, liquidity planning, business plan validation, working capital analysis, and related topics) to international clients, mainly

in the private equity and corporate sectors

You will assume leadership roles for individual project workstreams, and you will receive an intensive on the job training. You will also be part of a dedicated pan European all firm training plan

You will receive a performance orientated and fair remuneration

YOUR PROFILE

Master’s degree from a leading university or business school with a major in Finance,

Business Administration, or Operations

Relevant internships (for Analysts) or 2-3 years of professional experience in

Turnaround & Restructuring advisory, strategy consulting, corporate finance roles (for Senior Analysts)

Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting

Excellent analytical and inter personal skills, ability and willingness to integrate in new teams and embrace new entrepreneurial challenges

Fluent written and spoken English and German
