EIC (Experience Internship Canada) is looking for new talent to join its teams as a Recruitment Intern.
In this role, you will actively contribute to recruiting and supporting the company’s candidates. You will hold a versatile position combining sourcing, candidate assessment, and candidate relations, with real responsibilities from the start of your internship.
The experience takes place in Canada, in our Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver offices. You will discover a dynamic North American professional environment where efficiency, collaboration, autonomy, and initiative are central.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Recruitment Intern at EIC, you will play a key role in identifying, assessing, and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Candidate sourcing: identify and approach profiles matching the needs of our partner companies.
- Job postings: write and publish job advertisements on the most relevant recruitment channels.
- Application screening: review resumes and shortlist candidates according to defined criteria.
- Phone screening: conduct initial calls to assess candidates’ motivation, availability, and overall fit.
- Candidate interviews: conduct interviews to better understand candidates’ backgrounds, skills, and professional goals.
- Needs qualification: engage with partner companies to understand the profiles they are looking for.
- Candidate support: follow candidates throughout the process, advise them, and prepare them for each recruitment stage.
- Interview coordination: organize exchanges between candidates and partner companies.
- Recruitment follow-up: monitor applications through the final decision.
- Administrative management: prepare and track documents related to recruitment and onboarding.
- Collaboration with EIC teams: work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure high-quality follow-up.
- Process optimization: contribute to improving recruitment workflows, ATS tools, and application tracking.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- You are currently studying human resources, occupational psychology, management, or a related field.
- You have a genuine interest in recruitment and supporting people.
- You are comfortable conducting interviews and interacting with a wide variety of profiles.
- You can write clear and attractive job advertisements.
- You are able to quickly review a resume and assess whether a profile matches a specific need.
- You have strong listening skills and know how to ask the right questions to understand a candidate’s background.
- You are dynamic, autonomous, organized, and proactive.
- You are comfortable using office, collaborative, and applicant tracking tools.
- You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
- You are interested in developing your skills in an international and multicultural environment.
- A good level of English may be required depending on the position and responsibilities.
