Location: Schools, community groups and partners around Dar es Salaam, Tanzania
Duration: 2 weeks – 12 months (typically 2–3 months) · fieldwork mornings, planning afternoons

About the role
Join an award-winning program and work inside the machinery of NGO and development practice — including UNICEF/UN-linked partnerships. This role combines community fieldwork, human rights advocacy and NGO coordination.
What you'll do
- Carry out community development fieldwork in schools and groups
- Support practical, relationship-based human rights advocacy
- Contribute to development-aid advocacy
- Support NGO partnership and coordination (UNICEF, UN)
- Carry out planning, reporting and visibility work
