About the role
As a Corporate Travel Intern, you will join our Travel department and support the team in its daily activities while gaining hands-on experience in corporate travel within the business aviation industry.
Your main responsibilities will include assisting with travel reservations, supporting the coordination of the crew uniform project and providing administrative support to the department. Throughout your internship, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to process optimization and digital transformation initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and internal processes.
This internship is an excellent opportunity to develop your organizational, communication and analytical skills while working in a dynamic and international environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Travel team with travel reservations and booking administration.
- Support the coordination and follow-up of the crew uniform project, including sizing sessions, deliveries, supplier follow-up and tracking.
- Help organize and maintain the Travel department stock, including uniforms, travel accessories and office supplies.
- Help maintain departmental documentation, records and internal procedures.
- Participate in preparing reports, statistics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contribute to process optimization and digital transformation initiatives.
- Support the creation of user guides and knowledge management documentation.
- Assist the team with various projects and administrative tasks as required.
Profile
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Business Strategy, Aviation Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Management or a related field.
- Fluent in English; French is strongly desirable. Any additional European language is considered an asset.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Well organized, reliable and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Curious, proactive and eager to learn.
- Interest in process improvement and digital transformation.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Internship Compensation package
Your monthly gross salary will be established based on the degree of your studies:
- Bachelor's degree: €1,000
- 1st year of Master’s degree: €1,250
- Final year of Master’s degree: €1,500
Additional benefits (18 lunch vouchers of 10,80€ per month).
