- Contribute to the standardization and evolution of the Cohabs product across EU & USA markets.
- Act as the internal “product expert” and key reference point for product-related decisions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (PPM, PM, Design, CX) to ensure alignment between product vision and execution.
- Lead and support the product refresh program in collaboration with local teams.
- Support the launch of new products, features, and R&D innovation initiatives.
Project Leadership
- Drive projects from concept to execution, ensuring timelines, quality, and consistency are met.
- Challenge teams when necessary and push for excellence, even if it means playing the “bad cop” to move things forward.
What we’re looking for:
- Analytical Mindset: You’re comfortable working with data, challenging assumptions, and making informed product decisions.
- Detail-Oriented Perfectionist: You have a sharp eye for design quality and product excellence. Nothing slips through the cracks.
- Customer-Centric Thinker: You deeply understand user needs and know how to turn them into actionable, high-impact solutions.
- Project Driver: You can manage complex projects from idea to execution with structure and clarity.
- Strong Communicator: You’re clear, structured, and comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across functions and geographies.
- Design Background: You have a background in interior architecture and/or design, with a strong interest in real estate and customer experience.
- Influential Personality: You’re confident, able to lead, influence, and challenge teams constructively.
- Language Skills: You speak fluent English.
If you’re ready to shape spaces that people love to live in, make a tangible impact, and collaborate with passionate teams around the globe, we want to hear from you!
