Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Analyst to join Program Next unit in Solution Delivery Center Department in GOSP.

The Technical Analyst aims the knowledge of applications in scope of the service, adjust or reconfigure applications and processes; oversees the entire applications development process; analyzes customer or user needs, designs programs, writes code or instructs computer programmers, tests design, and documents programs.

Main responsabilities:
  • Analyze business needs by working with business users directly, assess current processes and systems and propose solutions that will allow users to do their work in a simpler and faster way
  • Assure the compliance and audit with the policies
  • Maintain, Monitor and Support all systems and applications for the Delivery Cente
  • Work closely with suppliers for enabling native application features, parameterizing and customizing the software, order new functionality and manage key data sets
  • Maintain and support applications, assuring that their data is processed and stored in a reliable and secure way
  • Analyze the as-is situation of data usage and corresponding business processes, propose a to-be situation for improving user experience with data
  • Order software changes to suppliers, supervise the accurate and on-time delivery of software
  • Assist in database programming, troubleshooting, and management of problems affecting IT and enterprise database applications
  • Follow the IFRS closing process by analyzing the ticket and managing it on ServiceNow


Requirements

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Experience in application management
  • Educational background in technology and/or economics
  • Knowledge of Software Lifecycle, Lean Project Management, Agile, ITIL
  • Knowledge of Service Now (FE and BE)
  • Knowledge of SQL database language
  • Ability to work with multiple programming languages
  • English Professional level
  • Knowledge of SAP S4/HANA modules
