Job description:
Job Purpose :
The role will be to assist the Business Compound Product Expert to follow and manage the operational performance and to support the countries in defining and implementing our business processes and standards.
Key Accountabilities :

Manage the design and sizing of new compounds and workshops using Autocad tool

Contribute to the development and implementation of our standards and processes across our network
3
In relation with the Performance Team and countries, identify the actions to improve our performance and implement the action plan
4
Create and/or update our standards and make sure they are communicated to our network
Profile description:
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
- Education & Qualifications : Bac +4/5 In Logistics or Engineer
- Experience : First experience in logistics
- Specialist knowledge & skills : Autocad/Office – Lean Management
- Interpersonnal & Communication skills : English, Analytical skills, Relationship
