As an evaluator, you'll anonymously visit luxury stores, hotels, dealerships, and other premium locations to assess the customer experience. Your observations help some of the world's most prestigious brands continuously improve their service and customer journey.
You may evaluate internationally renowned brands such as Montblanc, Bentley, Guerlain, Moncler, Jaguar, and many others.
What You'll Do
- Choose assignments that match your location, interests, and availability.
- Visit luxury boutiques, hotels, dealerships, or other premium locations.
- Interact naturally with brand representatives as a genuine customer.
- Evaluate the overall customer experience, including service quality, staff knowledge, store environment, and follow-up communication.
- Submit a detailed online report after each completed assignment.

- Are based in one of the countries where CXG operates.
- Have an interest in luxury brands and premium customer experiences.
- Are observant, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Can write objective, accurate reports in a timely manner.
- Enjoy flexible, project-based freelance work.
No previous mystery shopping experience is required. Training and guidance are provided.
