As an Industrial Project Manager, you will lead complex projects from the early planning stages through execution and completion. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage project timelines and costs, and ensure strong collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders while driving continuous improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
🔥 Your Responsibilities:
- Lead projects from the initial planning phase through completion
- Define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables
- Coordinate and motivate multidisciplinary project teams
- Organize regular project meetings and ensure effective communication between stakeholders
- Monitor project schedules, costs, risks, and overall progress
- Identify potential risks and implement appropriate mitigation actions
- Review project documentation and ensure alignment with project requirements
- Prepare regular project status reports for management and stakeholders
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and support project reviews
- Support project commissioning and start-up activities when required
- Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and ways of working
🎯 Your Profile:
- Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent professional experience
- 4–6 years of experience in industrial project management
- Previous experience in an industrial environment such as pharmaceutical, food, chemical, or similar industries
- Experience managing projects in an international customer-supplier environment
- Strong project management, organizational, and analytical skills
- Ability to lead, coordinate, and motivate multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a strong focus on collaboration
- Fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken
- Good command of MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Willingness to travel occasionally as part of project activities
