Job description:
Missions :

Integrated within the Global Talent Acquisition Team and reporting to the School Relations Manager, you will take part in activities related to Talent Acquisition & Development for the “Emerging talent” population:  interns, apprentices, VIE, and the graduate program cohort.


In this context, your responsibilities will include:
Recruitment of the "Emerging Talent" population from A to Z (70%)  :
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the "Emerging talent” population:  interns, apprentices, VIE, graduate program (approximately 130 recruitment per year).


• Conducting HR interviews in French and English (fluent English mandatory).


• Managing the international mobility process of VIE employees when they are recruited liaising with the CMA CGM international mobility team.


Strategic planning and coordination of campus events (20%):

• Developing school relations in France and abroad and participating in key recruitment fairs and events in collaboration with the CMA CGM's Emerging Talent team (approximately 60 events per year): HEC, ESSEC, Polytechnique etc…


• Definition and implementation of partnerships with French & international schools & universities to support business needs. Engage target schools through events such as fairs, Hackathon, Business case, presentations etc...
Talent development of the Emerging Talent community (10%):  
• Conducting talent development calls with the “emerging talent” community (interns, apprentices, VIE as well as the graduate program cohort).

Hard skills:

  • Master’s degree (M1 or M2) from a business school or university with a specialization in Human Resources
  • Initial experience in recruitment or human resources is a plus
  • Fluent English is mandatory

Soft skills:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills due to the large number and variety of stakeholders
  • Strong rigor and organizational skills given the diversity of tasks
  • Very good intercultural skills due to the international context of the role
  • Strong interest in recruitment and early careers topics
