What you’ll be doing

Community Hero: Be the go-to person for our members - answering their questions, solving their problems, and ensuring they always feel at home.
Event Dynamo: Organize and participate in community events that spark joy, build connections, and make Cohabs unforgettable.
Content Creator Extraordinaire: Write engaging articles, newsletters, and event comms that keep our community in the loop and inspired.
Strategic Planner: Build and manage a content roadmap that reflects our company values and makes our members feel truly connected.
Feedback Wizard: Collect and analyze community feedback (NPS, CSAT, etc.), then share key insights with the team to keep improving.
Partnership Builder: Hunt for exciting partnerships with local restaurants, shops, and brands that bring extra perks to our community.

Communication Prodigy: You’ve got stellar written and spoken communication skills and know how to make content engaging and fun.
People Magnet: You’re a true “people person” who thrives in both online and in-person interactions.
Analytical Mind: You approach challenges with logic and creativity, always finding innovative solutions.
Bilingual Superstar: Fluent in French & English - other languages are a plus!
