As an Asset Reliability Intern, you will:

  • Support the analysis and improvement of equipmentcriticality, performance, and reliability across production assets.
  • Participate inthepreparationofpreventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensureoptimaloperational performance.
  • Collect, analyze, and process technical data related to equipment failures, downtime, and assetconditions.
  • Assistin preparing, updating, andreviewingmaintenance plans,spare partslistsand work instructions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and internship projects focused on increasing reliability,optimizingprocesses, and reducing operational costs.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards.

You would be a great fit if you have:

  • Final-year student status or recent graduation in a technical field such as Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Strong interest in maintenance, asset reliability, manufacturing, and production processes.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English. While German would be a nice benefit to have.
  • A proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
