Your Missions
As part of the Marketing & Communication team in France, you will support sales enablement, event execution, and marketing operations.
This is a highly operational role requiring strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, especially sales teams.
1. Marketing for Sales Enablement
- Support marketing engagements with large sales teams across business units for marketing activities (events, campaigns, deal support)
- Manage communication flows, follow-ups, and coordination with sales stakeholders
- Track leads, opportunities, and marketing contributions to business activities
- Build and maintain structured trackers, reports, and dashboards (Excel)
2. Event Management & Execution
- Support organization of key events: executive roundtables, client events, internal activations, and industry events
- Support event logistics and program management : Coordinate with sales team, collect customer nominations, manage registration platforms, email campaigns, attendee lists, materials
- Support on-site execution and post-event follow-ups
3. Digital & Social Media Campaigns
- Support the deployment of digital & social media campaigns to enhance visibility, brand awareness, and lead generation
- Participate in campaign planning, content production, and performance tracking
- Coordinate with internal teams and agencies for execution
- Ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and sales objectives
4. Project Management & Coordination
- Support end-to-end management of marketing projects
- Maintain timelines, trackers, and status updates
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders (sales, leadership, agencies, European teams)
- Ensure smooth execution and follow-through of initiatives
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s student (License 1 to 3) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
- Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory)
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive, reliable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to work with cross-functional teams
- Interest in technology, consulting, and digital transformation is a plus
