Transdev recrute un(e) Junior Learning Project manager H/F en alternance
Duties and responsibilities:
Working within the Group Learning Department and reporting to the Group Digital Learning Manager, you will contribute to the development and deployment of Group-wide learning initiatives. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Contributing to the development of the Group Learning Management System (LMS) and the global digital learning offer
- Assisting in the coordination of LMS-related activities with local country teams
- Monitoring and analyzing key learning performance indicators and supporting learning data consolidation and reporting (participation, completion, trends)
- Developing engaging communication materials related to Group Learning projects
- Participating in the animation of the Group learning community (identifying and sharing best practices, contributing to exchanges and international network meetings)
- Monitoring learning and e‑learning trends and carrying out comparative analyses of internal and external practices
- Contributing to the design and deployment of Group-wide training programs and cross‑functional skills development initiatives
This position, which requires business partnering skills and pragmatism, will enable you to
- Work on a wide variety of cross‑functional learning topics
- Interact with a wide range of French and international contacts
- Develop your skills in managing complex, global projects.
Training / Certification:
Business school or university master's degree specializing in human resources, education, humanities, digital tools.
Skills and aptitudes:
- Fluent English, intercultural capabilities
- Strong business culture and ideally previous experience in talent management / learning / project management.
- Curious about the latest trends and innovative solutions.
- You can work in project mode and with business and functional experts.
- Your ability to manage projects independently and your business orientation will guarantee your success in these assignments.
