    Customer is in the center of everything we do. At B2B Professional Selling Skill Seminar at hashtag#cemscf we shared the Hilti way of consultative selling leads to creation of enthusiastic customers. We discussed various needs of different personas in B2B hashtag#sales process. Setting the Stage for first sales meeting in the speed dating role play; while had fun together when facilitators played difficult customer and were probed by students exploring customer needs at second sales meeting.
