The GROW programme is unique in providing a European rotational programme that will give you real world experience working on real projects. You will be mentored and coached by leaders across the business and we will equip you with the skills and knowledge to become a leader yourself in the future.
Is it possible to progress to a full-time position after an internship or apprenticeship?
We expect all of our graduates on the programme have the opportunity to take up a full time permanent position at the end of their two years.
Can students and recent graduates work remotely?
This is an onsite programme that requires you to be based within a business location in Europe .
Do you have any particularly busy recruitment periods throughout the year?
