At the heart of the financial markets: 

Cash and Derivatives: is responsible for the P&L and strategy, product and business development activities for Cash Equities, Structured Products and Financial Derivatives. Its core task is to optimise and defend the trading volume and revenues for Euronext's cash and derivatives products.

Euronext Market Services: is in charge of the management and daily supervision of the markets.

     • The Market Surveillance team monitors and controls the markets. It is the first contact point for any operational, technical or commercial questions regarding the market.

     • The Corporate Actions team is responsible for day-to-day corporate actions operations and analysis, including communicating with issuers and their representatives, internal stakeholders, and post-trading partners and infrastructure.

Global Sales: is organised around several business lines: Corporate Sales Centre (CSC), Commodity Derivatives, Information Services (Market Data & Indexes), Fixed Income & Foreign Exchange.

Listing: is in charge of the relationship with listed companies and those contemplating an IPO. Listing promotes financial markets and explains to business leaders the benefits of listing and how to use the financial markets effectively once public.

Market Solutions: is responsible for Technology Sales and Services to Operators of Traded Markets through two business lines: Software Sales and Software Maintenance for Exchange Market Operators and Managed Services for Commercial Market Operators. The team develops and delivers capital market solutions such as Optiq® to exchange and banks.

At the heart of Advanced Technology:

Information Technology (IT): provides end-to-end technology across Euronext business. IT teams have a core responsibility for developing, supporting and protecting the key trading applications and Optiq®, the new multi-market trading platform. IT teams also manage the Data Center and protect Euronext systems from cyber-attacks and data theft.

Plenty of opportunities exist in the various IT teams at Euronext: Business Analyst, Project Managers, Developers (C ++, Java and html ..), QA, Architecture, Integration, InfoSec, Data, etc.

At the heart of an international Group:

Finance: is accountable for the accurate financial representation of Euronext operations. Finance is in charge of keeping the books of the company, producing the budget and forecast as well as all financial indicators necessary for the effective management of a listed company. Finance covers Accounting, Treasury, Financial Planning & Analysis, Investors Relations, Procurement and General Services.

Human Resources: supports Euronext individual and collective development through the drive of an engagement, performance and talent strategy. The Human Resources team offers a complete range of people services including recruitment, induction, learning and development, compensation, employee relations, leadership, performance and talent management.

Innovation, Strategy & Analytics: spots innovation trends, nurtures and incubates innovative ideas. The team provides structure, control and support for the delivery of Euronext's project portfolio and market intelligence through statistics and quantitative analysis.

Legal & Regulatory: provides the different internal departments and subsidiaries with legal advice and ensures the follow-up of projects within the Euronext group, drafts and negotiates business agreement, and manages litigation and pre-litigation.

Marketing &Communication: provides support to the organisation in interacting with its stakeholders, by promoting its products and services, presenting and maintaining a positive image of the group as a whole.

Risk, Compliance & Audit: has individual scopes for each department but all contribute to preserving the value assets and reputation of the company through the identification and risk assessment, implementation of mitigation actions, information to staff and business awareness, monitoring and control.
