The programme will give you hands-on experience, both in the classroom and on the store floor education, as well as exposure to senior leadership and multiple business functions. Over the course of 12 months, you will work your way through the fast paced and elevated store experience from Brand Ambassador, Supervisor and Assistant Store Manager. All before graduating the programme to lead your very own store, as Store Manager.
