What we're looking for:

• You're a graduate or soon-to-be graduate, on track for a 2:1 degree or equivalent
• You're ambitious, curious, open-minded and ready to put your talents into action
• You're fluent in English and ideally another European language
• You're available to start working full-time in September 2027
• You're eligible to work permanently in Europe
• You're open to travel and relocation as part of the programme
• You're excited by innovation, sustainability and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact
