Is it possible to progress to a full-time position after an internship or apprenticeship?
At Kingspan we only hire for graduate positions. However it is important to note, graduates join as Kingspan employees from Day 1, and for the first 12 months, they take part in a graduate development program that is designed to support them in the transition from academia to the world of work.
Can students and recent graduates work remotely?
This is very dependent on the role and there is no one approach across all businesses and functional areas.
Do you have any particularly busy recruitment periods throughout the year?
27th January to 31st March is our main recruitment period and as such is very busy.
