Do I need to speak a Nordic Language to apply for a job in the Nordics?
For most of our positions, such as Marketing you need to speak a Nordic language due to specific tasks connected to the position. Nonetheless, in our Operations and Finance departments, proficiency in a Nordic language is not needed. We also elaborate on each language requirement in the job-ad.

Nordic Management Trainee Program
Our Nordic Management Trainee Program is composed of 2 rotations that are flexible to match your needs and ambitions, yet ensure that you will get to know the wide picture of L’Oréal Nordics. During the 12 months of the program, you will discover our different divisions and business units as well as take on tasks in different functions. Even though you have a degree within a specific field, e.g. Marketing, E-commerce, we will challenge you to take on projects in other functions as well. You will receive a permanent contract right from the beginning and can be placed in either Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo or Helsinki. Therefore, it is important that you are mobile for all four countries.
Nordic Graduate Program
Our Nordic Graduate Program is a 1 year fixed-term program, where you get the opportunitiy to function as a full-worthy team member in one of our brand divisions, corporate division or operations division - dependent on your graduate role. We offer Graduate roles within Marketing, Commercial, Digital, Data, IT, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Talent Acquisition, Activation and more. Our Graduate Program are present in all four Nordic countires, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Norway and Finland.
Brandstorm - Upskilling & Case Innovation
L'Oréal Brandstorm is an immersive learning competition that prepares the change-makers of tomorrow for todays’ job market. For this 31st edition, the 92 000 registrants from across the world were challenged to Unlock the New Codes of Beauty through AR, VR, AI and the Metaverse. For the first time this year, L’Oréal Brandstorm was at Viva Technology Conference in Paris where the top 3 teams pitched their projects on stage and the International Winners were announced on June 16th.
