What makes your company a great place to work for young talents?
Through our 6-week Academy, you build SAP and consultancy skills with the support of personal coaching. You work on hands-on projects and grow in an inclusive culture focused on learning and your long-term development.
Can students and recent graduates work remotely?
At SOA People, remote work is possible depending on client needs and project requirements. In addition, a certain level of on-site presence at our offices (Gent, Mechelen or Wavre) is expected to support team collaboration and internal alignment.
Do you have any particularly busy recruitment periods throughout the year?
Our Academy program has two yearly intakes : one in September and a second one in the February/March timeframe.
