Your challenges?
- You manage monthly closings, forecasts, budgets, and MTP within tight deadlines
- You consolidate financial data from multiple sites/business units with accuracy
- You analyze variances between actuals, budget, and prior year performance
- You monitor profitability and industrial KPIs to identify improvement opportunities
- You challenge site action plans to ensure alignment with business objectives
- You deliver clear and insightful financial analysis to management
- You coordinate effectively with around 20 business units and support functions
- You contribute to process optimization through BigQuery, AI, and other digital tools
Let's talk about you...
- You hold a Master's degree in Finance or an equivalent qualification
- You already have experience in Finance, ideally in controlling
- You are fluent in English and comfortable working in an international environment
- You have strong communication skills and are open to different cultures and ways of working
- You are humble, professional, positive, and have a strong sense of diplomacy
- You have strong analytical skills and excellent attention to detail
- You are highly proficient in Excel; SAP or other ERP knowledge is a plus
- You are proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively
