Your Tasks

  • Contribute to the development of our products within an innovative, international cross-functional team (including Marketing, Research & Development and Supply Chain)
  • Develop sustainable materials and optimize our packaging technologies, such as plastic, metal and paper packaging, as well as innovative application systems
  • Support the achievement of our sustainability goals, including reducing and reusing materials
  • Gain insight into and collaborate with our network of external partners, e.g. suppliers


Working closely with our international project managers and packaging experts, you will support complex development projects. This includes independently handling development tasks and smaller projects, as well as supporting in the following areas:

  • Providing technical guidance to marketing teams and design agencies
  • Developing sustainable packaging ideas and concepts
  • Coordinating project timelines (project management)
  • Implementing packaging concepts in collaboration with suppliers
  • Aligning technical packaging solutions with our production sites worldwide
  • Ensuring the functionality of packaging for both consumers and the supply chain


Your Profile

  • Currently studying Packaging Technology or Industrial Engineering with a focus on Packaging Technology, Process Engineering, Plastics Engineering or Production Engineering/Management
  • Enrolled as a student throughout the entire internship period or in a gap year
  • Successfully completed several semesters of study
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • Good knowledge of MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
