Customs Support Intern (all genders)

Tasks

• Acquiring knowledge and experience in the field of customs operations with continuous mentoring and support from the team
• Assisting and supporting customs specialists in achieving timely and correct customs clearance
• Assisting and supporting customs specialists in determining customs regulations for import and export shipments and issuing permits to local authorities, such as customs clearance in the free trade zone, active processing, collection of certificates, etc.
• Assisting and supporting customs specialists in the classification of goods according to the customs tariff
• Assisting and supporting in maintaining and monitoring master data.
• Supporting communication with other related functional areas
• Supporting and participating in communication with related business units abroad to streamline export and import processes
• Assisting in maintaining documentation regarding policies, procedures, and processes for export/import operations at the location
• Assisting and supporting in establishing compliance with export/import laws

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master Student of Higher Traffic School, Business or Economics Faculty
• MS Office
• Good organizational, analytical, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work in a team
• English language (intermediate level)
