Do you want hands-on experience working closely with management in a company within the energy sector that is on an exciting journey?
We are looking for a structured and proactive Student Assistant to support a wide range of coordination, communication, and digital tasks - with a strong focus on event planning.

Your key responsibilities
Event planning & coordination
  • Support planning and coordination of our participation in Wind Energy Hamburg in September
  • Assist with stand preparation, logistics, bookings, timelines, and stakeholder coordination
  • Support development of event-related materials (presentations, print, etc.)

Presentation & material support
  • Support on preparation, formatting, and quality assurance of presentations (PowerPoint)
  • CV conversion and document formatting
  • Support internal and client-facing material, including basic reporting

Employer branding & content
  • Support employer branding activities (e.g. LinkedIn, event materials)
  • Contribute to preparation of content for events and campaigns

Structure & coordination
  • Support structuring of documents, folders, and SharePoint
  • Meeting coordination and general planning support
  • Development of simple templates and support to improve internal structures

AI & digital tools
  • Support exploration and use of AI tools to improve efficiency
  • Assist in identifying opportunities for automation and smarter workflows
  • Act as a strong user of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)

Communication
  • Drafting and proofreading of internal and external communication in English
  • Support preparation of written material (presentations, documents, updates)
  • Ensure clarity, quality, and consistency in written communication

About you
  • You are currently enrolled in a relevant higher education program (e.g. business, communication, management, digital media or similar)
  • You are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
  • You communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken
  • You are digitally strong and curious about AI tools and new ways of working
  • You enjoy working independently and taking responsibility
