At Cohabs, we're not just providing rooms, we're creating homes and communities. As our Customer Experience Intern, you'll work alongside our VP Experience to help improve the performance of our global Customer Experience and Property Management teams.

From business analysis and project management to AI and process improvement, you'll contribute to projects that shape the experience of thousands of members across our nine cities.

What you'll be doing

  • Analyze operational and Customer Experience KPIs across multiple countries, identify trends, uncover bottlenecks, and provide data-driven recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and presentations for leadership, helping translate complex data into clear business insights.
  • Support the deployment of global operational initiatives across our nine cities by coordinating cross-functional projects involving Operations, Product, Finance, and Tech teams.
  • Monitor project progress, document processes, and create playbooks to ensure initiatives are successfully implemented and scalable.
  • Explore how AI and emerging technologies can improve operational efficiency and the member experience by testing new tools, challenging existing workflows, identifying automation opportunities, and helping design better digital experiences for internal teams.
  • Review existing operational processes, recommend and implement improvements, measure the impact of new initiatives, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Customer Experience department.

What we're looking for

  • You're currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • You're analytical, structured, and comfortable working with numbers, data, and business insights.
  • You're curious by nature, enjoy solving complex problems, and are always looking for smarter ways of working.
  • You're passionate about technology, AI, and innovation, and excited to explore how they can transform operations.
  • You're proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of turning ideas into concrete action plans.
  • You're fluent in English and French.
