Description

Gain hands-on experience inside a working African NGO — and get Erasmus+ funding to do it. Join Art in Tanzania (AIT), founded 1996, for a customised placement across project management, communications, fundraising, HR, and operations, with daily supervisor support.

What you'll do

  • Plan and run community programmes; conduct monitoring visits and impact evaluation
  • Manage social media (50,000+ Facebook followers), video, and content
  • Contribute to grant proposals, campaigns, and donor outreach
  • Coordinate international volunteers and support local staff
  • Research, training, and evidence-based reporting for donors
